The Retail Cheese Shred line feeds one or two cheese shredders or dicers at a flow rate of 3,000 - 12,000 lbs/hr (1,500 - 6,000kgs). The cheese shredding system can be changed over from shredder to dicer in minutes by using a portable trolley. With a 2-lane divert chute, the system feeds evenly to the two cheese shredders or dicers. With an internal divert blade, the system can change the flow to one machine during amperage spikes or required maintenance, allowing for minimal downtime and increased product throughput.

Dual Shredder Feed System
The Dual Shredder Feed System has the capacity to produce 3,000 to 6,000 lbs (1,500 - 3,000 kgs) of shredded cheese per hour feeding (2) shredders or dicers
MS80 Cheese Cuber
The MS80 Cheese Cuber has a larger cutting chamber that allows the flexibility to cut and blend 40 lb. (20 kg) blocks of cheese. The typical volume produced on an MS80 Cheese Cuber is up to 10,000 lbs. (4,500 kgs) per hour.

MS3000 Incline Conveyor
The MS3000 conveyor transports food products horizontally or up inclines. Open ports in the frame and removable belt guides make clean-up easy. Spray bars located at each end of the conveyor assist cleaning of the sprockets and underside of the belt. The conveyor configuration can be changed to meet specific needs by altering the infeed and discharge length, elevation or incline angle. Various infeed hoppers and discharge chutes can be custom manufactured to specific applications. An optional serpentine belt washing system can also be added to help in cleaning and sanitizing the belt.
Automatically conveys cubes consistently to shredder/dicer
2-Lane Divert Chute
Provides a consistent feed of cut cubes into shredders for higher production rates. By evenly feeding product to the shredders, this minimizes jams due to uneven flow or product.
Meters the flow of cellulose, starch or other powder mixes onto the food product. Optional vibrator or pneumatic fluidizer can be added if required. The infeed hoppers, covers & vacuum transfer system can be custom designed to meet your filling needs. Available in either floor level model or access stairs model for different filling configuration needs.
A proven method of mixing food products & applying cellulose or starch while minimizing product damage. A dry powder dispenser or liquid spray applicator can be combined with the Mixing Drum for coating products with salt, spices, anti-caking agents and mold inhibitors.

Single Multi-head Weigh Scale
A vibratory shred feed system transfers cheese to a multi-head weigh scale, feeding the heads evenly. This helps to keep the scale and packager running at optimum levels.
